At Olin Life, we’re proud to offer free economy shipping on all orders—no minimums, no surprises.
Order Processing

Processing time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed.

What “dispatched” means: Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed to the carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

Peak periods: During holidays and other peak times, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can cause delays or cancellation.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days of purchase to verify details. If we don’t hear back within that window, we may cancel and refund your order.

Need a change? Email support@olinlife.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
Delayed Delivery
We work hard to ship promptly, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control—e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs, product availability checks, address verification, or payment reviews.

Olin Life cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and isn’t liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, it’s in their custody. If your package appears lost or stolen:

File a claim directly with the carrier (they may request additional information).

We’ll also follow up with the carrier on your behalf and share updates.
Please note that Olin Life is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, and these cases fall outside our standard refund policy. Depending on the situation and claim outcome, we may be able to offer a replacement. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
