Cancellation Policy

  • Change of mind? Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes.

  • If your cancellation is approved within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

  • If you’re still unhappy, you can request a return after day 14 and within 60 days of your purchase.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order. We consider an item damaged if it has a product defect or arrives physically broken. (Cosmetic packaging issues—like a dented box—with a product in good condition are not considered damage.)

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@olinlife.com with a clear photo of the issue.

  • We’ll determine eligibility for a free replacement.

  • We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work closely with our carriers, but some factors are beyond our control (carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other transit disruptions).

  • If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly first for the fastest assistance.

  • Olin Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, you may not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
